About Me
I believe that the practices of yoga and Ayurveda can bring about a subtle, yet powerful ability to be more present in our lives and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. I hope to share this passion and curiosity, and to encourage my students to translate the strength, flexibility, and peace of mind gained on the yoga mat into daily life.
I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 1995 and teacher since 2015. I was initially drawn to the physical aspects of the practice. Over time, my studies and teaching have evolved to encompass breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy as well as yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, as a holistic approach to care for mind, body, and spirit. I continue to study yoga from the therapeutic lens of the Krishnamacharya/TKV Desikachar Lineage.
